We would like to introduce you to HOPE the bear.  She is Deliver the Dream’s mascot.  She visits us at our family retreats, outreach events and you might even find her hanging out in our office.  She is always ready to pose for a photo and loves to give hugs.  She reminds us that everyone deserves a little attention and, who doesn’t want a big bear hug once in a while.

History

In the fall of 2002, Deliver the Dream hosted a  “Name Our Mascot Contest", at Chris Evert Children’s Hospital.  Britney (age 11), a patient at the hospital, came up with the winning name. After searching her heart, Britney submitted the winning entry of Hope because she “thought it would be comforting to children."
